Tec Lighting is proud to present its Tec UV Roller Coater System The XtraCure. This system consists of an offline UV flood coater/UV dryer which offers the performance and capacity to apply a high gloss UV coating finish to a wide array of substrates.The XtraCure is designed as a hand fed coater but can be customized to an automatic fed system.

FEATURES
Since the TEC UV coater system is a three roll flood coat design it has the ability to run a wide array of different substrates.
Ideally the coater is designed to run with coated stocks however other paper types can be accommodated by consulting our in-house coating specialist in the formulation of specific coatings.
The unit is designed as a hand fed system but any feeder can be added with little to no modifications to the UV Coater. While running the unit hand-fed you can achieve speeds of up to 2,500 sheets per hour. When adapting a feeder the Maximum UV Coater speed is 6,000 sheets per hour.
